Why VKT exists
Most teams do not need a full HR suite. They need four answers fast: who reports to whom, who is on leave, who approves this, and where the handbook lives.
Those answers are usually split across a stale org chart image, a spreadsheet, an inbox and a thread. Slack already holds the conversation — VKT puts the structure next to it, so the answer is one search away.
It starts with the org chart and weekly reports, free. Time off, approvals, the people calendar and lifecycle checklists are there when a team grows into them, not before.
