03 Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the people data you import, and for having a lawful basis to process it.
You are responsible for who in your workspace holds administrator rights, and for reviewing them when people change roles.
Do not use the service to store unlawful content, to surveil employees beyond what your local law permits, or to attempt to access another tenant's data.
04 Acceptable use
Do not probe, scan or attempt to bypass the isolation between workspaces.
Do not resell the service or expose it as your own product without a written agreement.
We may suspend a workspace that attacks the service or puts other customers at risk, and we will explain why.
05 Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and upstream Slack outages affect availability.
Support is provided by email at [email protected] . Response targets are stated in your plan or order form where one applies.
06 Fees
The seven core modules — org chart, directory, weekly reports, time off, approvals, people calendar and lifecycle — are free for workspaces installed during the free policy, still active, and at 20 or fewer employees. When the free policy ends is announced on this page; workspaces registered after that point, even at 20 or fewer, and workspaces above 20, pay the pricing policy published on this site at the time. Advanced modules are priced separately.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. Uninstalling stops future billing; the current period is not refunded unless required by law.
07 Data and termination
You own your data. We process it as described in the privacy policy and only to provide the service.
You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. On request we will export or delete workspace data, subject to retention obligations.
08 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09 Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated version.
